Falling hard never felt so good.
Pair skaters Courtney and Mark have one shot left at their Olympic dream. They vow not to let anything get in their way, especially not Josh and Stephanie, the wealthy and talented brother and sister team.
The heart doesn’t always listen to reason, though...
The more time Courtney spends with sweet, shy Josh, the harder she falls for him. But they are on opposite sides of the competition, and their futures are headed in opposite directions. Will their friendship blossom into more or are their paths too different to cross?

Courtney and Mark are pair skaters who have their eye on making the Olympic team. With only two spots open for team USA competition will be fierce. When their coaches, Sergei and Emily, decide to take on coaching another couple, tempers flare and feelings are hurt. Josh and Stephanie are a wealthy brother and sister team who have always competed against Courtney and Mark. How in the world will they be able to share the same coaches and skate together?
Courtney has always had a bit of a crush on Josh and the more time they spend together, the more their feelings for each other start to show. Courtney's partner Mark is suspicious of Josh and thinks he is using her to sabotage their skating. Josh's sister Stephanie is a snob and thinks that Courtney is not good enough for her brother. Will all the drama going on, how will they be able to focus on their skating? With only one shot at making the Olympic team, which pair will make it and which pair will be left out in the cold?
I really enjoyed reading this book. All of Jennifer Comeaux's books are amazing. I have always loved to watch figure skating and her books are dead on about the daily life and struggles in the figure skating world.
Courtney and Mark have been together for ten years and this is their last shot at Olympics. Your heart goes out to them and you want them to succeed. Stephanie and Josh have grown up in a different environment. Being wealthy they have never had to work like Courtney to help fund their skating. Josh is really likable. I did wonder at first if her did have an ulterior motive for wanting to be with Courtney but he proves himself time and again.
If you have enjoyed previous books by Jennifer Comeaux, you will definitely love this book. If you have never read a book by this amazing author, I suggest you do so. This is a wonderful, clean love story and you will not be disappointed.

He looked at me with so much love and respect that my eyes welled with tears.
I stared at him, wondering if I was dreaming all of this.
I bounced on the heels of my skate guards as we marched out under the lights.
It was uncanny how after nine years of skating together, our thoughts on the ice often echoed one another.

I have not read any good figure skating book after The Passion to Skate by Sandra Bezic, I'd love to try this one.
