  9. I loved Pride and Prejudice - I still haven't seen the movie though, I'm scared it will ruin the book.

  10. My favorite is Persuasion. Love, love, love it. I have read Jane Austen ruined my life and it is a fun book. There is such a wide variety out there that one does need some place to start. However, I'm not sure it's the greatest for that. (there's always a chance with a title like that it will turn you off for the rest) :)
